Just to clarify - if you guys look into a reimbursement and approve it, would it be done automatically or users would have to send a support ticket and request a reimbursement?
At this stage, unfortunately, I can't confirm how we will proceed, but in any case please submit a ticket. Too much data is never too bad:) And, of course, keep an eye on the forum and the news. |

I cant even log in for a couple of days and accountS all paused.
We'll do our best to take all the affected characters into account, but if you are still missing any SP after the initial reimbursement, please update your original reimbursement ticket or submit a new one if you haven't done that yet, and our crew will help you out as soon as possible. |
